• PNut

Jeremy has enabled my Oberhasli goat, PNut, to continue living and enjoying his life. PNut's hind feet began to collapse in the fall of 2018. The vets at Washington State U Vet Hospital tried to fit PNut by modifying a shoe used on foals, but it just didn't fit right and wouldn't stay on. Fortunately, Jeremy was willing to step out of his usual role, fitting canines and try making an orthotic for a caprin. It has been a life-changing experience for PNut and me. Walking had become very difficult and painful for PNut; even standing hurt his feet and legs. Once the break-in period was over, PNut was able to wear his orthotics for 14 hours every day; he loves having them put on every morning. He can stand, walk, run, jump, negotiate hills, climb on rocks, trudge through snow, and can keep up with the rest of my herd. Any time I have a question, need advice or the orthotics need an adjustment, Jeremy is always available and can diagnose and remedy problems just by watching a video of PNut walking. Jeremy is amazing! PNut would not be here with me if it weren't for Jeremy's skill and dedication. — A.B.

  • Reese

I wish I could find the words to express how thankful we are to have been referred to Jeremy. Our extremely active lab ruptured her Achilles tendon, which required surgery and a brace. Within hours of reaching out, Jeremy got back to us and scheduled a time to get our pup measured and fitted for a brace. I was extremely anxious and emotional about the entire surgery and recovery process and Jeremy put my mind at ease. He shared stories and sent videos and photos of other dogs with similar braces to help us get a sense of what to expect. He helped us navigate getting insurance to cover the brace and kept in touch after surgery and before Reese transitioned to her brace. He coordinated with our surgeon and met us at a post-op appointment to show us how to use the brace. He was so patient and thorough and was available via phone and text to answer our questions. He made us feel like his only client when I know that he is incredibly busy! Reese has been wearing her brace for about a week now and is bombing around like her pre-injury self – in fact, our biggest concern is keeping her calm so she can continue to recover. We are so delighted to see a spark back in her eye with her improved mobility, while at the same time feeling confident that her leg is supported. Thank you, thank you, thank you! — W.H & J.H

  • Bholu

My 3-year-old Bholu came all the way from India to live in his new home in the US. Unfortunately, he was missing his front paw due to likely a car accident (or other trauma). The first thing I did, was arranged a consult with Jeremy to discuss a prosthesis for Bholu. Jeremy assured us that Bholu was a great candidate for prosthesis and we started the process of getting the prosthesis ready. Everything was clearly explained in detail. Jeremy was very kind to Bholu, each fitting appointment went smoothly and it only took a few weeks to get the prosthesis ready. It was never difficult to communicate with Jeremy— he was always there to help and make sure that the prosthesis fits perfectly.

Since day one of wearing the prosthesis, Bholu's life has changed to something we never thought it would. The prosthesis has given him so much more mobility, freedom, and the ability to do things that I didn't even dream he could do. We hike miles and miles, we run and we play. Bholu lives the happiest life ever. Bholu and I will always be thankful to Jeremy for changing our lives. 🙂 — D.R.

  • Coco

    PawOpedic is the best!

When Coco injured her ACL, the vet recommended PawOpedic who custom-fit Coco with a brace that stabilized her knee and allowed it to heal. Coco adapted to the brace very quickly, and after several months, she was able to stop using it. About a year later, when she injured her other ACL, we did it all over again with the other back leg. No surgery yay! We are so grateful for all your help! — L.B.

  • Ellie

Ellie's brace has been awesome. We take her to the doggie park at least every other day and she runs for 15 or 20 minutes and keeps up with almost every other dog—it's pretty amazing. And there's hardly a trip to the park that doesn't result in someone asking about the brace. I'm super grateful that you've made it possible for our pup to do everything she can and wants to do, and do it safely. — R.R.

  • Jasper

I can't believe how much a brace from PawOpedic has helped my dog Jasper. He can walk so much longer and has even been able to trot and play with his ball longer as well. He seems so much happier and he doesn't hurt as he used to unless he goes out without it. It doesn't take long and he's back on the porch not wanting to do anything. — B.A.

  • Daisy

We are so thankful that getting a brace for our Daisy from PawOpedic which was recommended by our orthopedic vet!! The brace was created just for Daisy to help her particular issue and to fit her perfectly. Jeremy spent a good amount of time with us to evaluate Daisy’s walk before starting the process as he would only proceed if he felt he could help. Once we moved forward, the process for casting a mold and then getting the brace made were seamless. Jeremy came back to our home and ensured the end product was perfect and made a couple of minor adjustments before her first try with the new brace. Daisy, our large (105 lb) golden retriever mix adapted beautifully to the new support and immediately we knew she was happier being able to walk without pain. Jeremy followed up with us on a regular basis to ensure we were progressing as expected and fixed up a minor issue we were having along the way. We have had a great experience in working in the partnership with Jeremy and our Daisy is up walking in the park and again without pain and with her smile that we love to see!!! Without this help, we most likely would have not had much longer with our girl, but now we may have a few more years 😊. — C.S & C.G.

  • Olive

When our veterinarian determined our very active lab had torn her Achilles tendon and would require surgery, he recommended we look into PawOpedic for an orthosis to help with her recovery. I contacted them that afternoon and Jeremy responded quickly. He came to our house, took measurements, made a mold of her leg and then met us at our pre-op appointment with the surgeon to fit her orthosis she’d have to wear for the next several months. His quick turn around on the device helped to give us a solid couple weeks before her surgery to make sure she was comfortable moving around in her new boot. As a result, she was able to wear it within a few days following her surgery, making it easier on all of us. Jeremy is wonderful to work with and his follow up is excellent. Although I hope we don’t personally need to use his services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, and will highly recommend his business to anyone in need of this amazing service. — C.B.

  • Pinto

  • Hunter

  • Dakota

Jeremy made an orthotic for our mastiff puppy after she had leg surgery and he was great. He helped us through the recovery process and ensured her orthotic fit perfectly and was comfortable. He also mailed us replacement pieces when our puppy chewed off a strap! 😬 He was available at any time to answer questions and texts. We really appreciate all of his hard work and dedication. — J.B.

  • Moose

Jeremy created a custom carpal brace for our large German Shepherd, Moose, that has vastly improved his mobility and allowed him to go outside on short walks when he was previously unable to do so. Additionally, Jeremy has been great to work with and has always been available to speak with regarding adjustments to the brace and questions that we've had. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy and Pawopedic - 5 stars! — E.S.

  • Nikki

Thank you, Jeremy! We are long-time Akita owners. Luckily, our girl Nikki is playful and young-at-heart. However, at 10 yrs., she can’t keep up the same pace as our younger 3 yr. old show-male.

In her mind, Nikki is as spry as ever 😊. But we know that she has been hurting with a second torn knee ligament. While she did have successful surgery on the other knee in years past, we weren’t convinced that surgery was the right call this time around. Through referrals in our Akita network, we were introduced to you. The options that you provided to us offered the peace of mind that we were looking for. We are very impressed by your skill and professionalism. We are happy now that Nikki can remain “in the game” and continue to teach good skills and manners to the next generation! - C.G. and M.G.
